Please read our reservation rules carefully before booking. By making a reservation, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Payment Information
Cash Payment
All payments are made in cash (Euro) directly to the driver at the end of the transfer. We do not accept credit cards or other electronic payment methods.
Currency
All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payment in Euros is preferred. Other currencies may be accepted at the driver's discretion at exchange rates.
Price Guarantee
The price you book is guaranteed. There are no hidden fees or additional charges. The quoted price includes all taxes and fees.
Vehicle Information
Minivan Service (Max 7 Persons)
Our standard transfer vehicle is a comfortable minivan that can accommodate up to 7 passengers with luggage. This is ideal for families and small groups.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase (max 23kg) and 1 carry-on bag. Additional luggage may require a larger vehicle at extra cost.
Safety & Comfort
All vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained. Child seats are available upon request at no extra charge.
Booking Information
Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly by phone.
Flight Information
Please provide your flight number and arrival time so we can track your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly. Flight delays are monitored.
Pickup Location
Our driver will meet you at the airport arrivals hall with a name sign. Please look for our driver holding a sign with your name or the hotel name.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No cancellation fee will be charged.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booking value.
